We offer two types of postage:
Royal Mail Tracked 48: delivery within 2 - 3 working days – Free
Royal Mail 1st Class: delivery within 1 working day – £2.90
We also welcome collection in person in our warehouse located in Ruislip, West London, where you will also be able to find other premium-quality nuts and dried fruits!
If you are an overseas customer, we offer international shipment towards any European country for £9.90. We also offer shipment outside of Europe for a standard rate, but if you are interested please contact us before placing your order so we can bargain a lower price.
Please make sure to check the package integrity before you unseal the inner bag that contains the products. If you notice any damage or see that the products are spilling, inform us so we can arrange a return for you. If you open the inner bag, you will automatically accept the parcel, which makes us unable to process a refund.
Dispatch times
We process all orders on the very next working day. Saturday, for shipment purposes, is classified as a working day.
