At ProperGreen, We work with a curated selection of independent makers to bring you sustainable products. Delivery charges vary by supplier, the products in your basket and, where applicable, package weight.

Delivery Timeframes (UK) Delivery times vary by supplier and product. Suppliers usually process orders within three business days before despatch, although this can vary. Any quoted shipping time is the estimated transit time after despatch and does not include processing. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the suppliers fulfilling your order and the applicable shipping conditions:

• Standard delivery charges vary by supplier and may depend on package weight.
• Free delivery applies only to qualifying shipping options. There is no store-wide free-delivery threshold.
• Express delivery is offered where available for the products in your order, at the price shown at checkout.

The available delivery options and total shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders containing products from different suppliers may have their shipping charges combined.

Orders with more than one maker
Each maker despatches their own products directly, so items may arrive on different days. Shipping charges from different suppliers may be combined at checkout. Your total shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Timescales
We deliver within 30 days of your order unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we do not, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
