A serving board cut from sustainably sourced beech — a dense, tight-grained hardwood that resists scoring and won't blunt a knife the way bamboo does. Sized for a cheeseboard for two to four people, or as a charcuterie board for meats, crackers and olives.
Choose the version engraved with Sweet Dreams Are Made of Cheese, or the plain board carrying just the ecojiko logo if you'd rather let the wood speak for itself.
Looking after it: wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately rather than soaking or putting it in the dishwasher. Rub food-safe oil into the surface every few months and the grain will darken and deepen with age.
