Shipping Policy

At ProperGreen, We work with a curated selection of independent makers to bring you sustainable products. Delivery is charged at a single flat rate per order.

Delivery Timeframes (UK) Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days from despatch. Items from different makers may arrive on different days.

Shipping Costs
We charge a single flat rate per order, regardless of how many items you buy or how many makers they come from:

• Standard delivery — £4.99
• Standard delivery — free on all orders over £50
• Express delivery — £6.99 at any order value

The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no separate per-supplier charges and no per-item charges.

Orders with more than one maker
Each maker despatches their own products directly, so items may arrive on different days. You are only ever charged one delivery fee — the number of parcels makes no difference to what you pay.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Timescales
We deliver within 30 days of your order unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we do not, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
